Baskar Chetty is an entrepreneur and social worker from Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu. As Founder and Managing Director of the M&B Chetty Group, he has built a construction-materials enterprise across Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh — creating local jobs and livelihoods along the way.
Through the M&B Chetty Foundation, he leads community welfare work with a focus on newborn and maternal care in the Gummidipoondi–Ponneri region. A committed member of the Indian National Congress, he believes in grassroots service, dignity, and development that reaches the last person in the queue.
